In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), users are informed of the identifying data and the conditions of use of the website.

This website is owned by the De Personas a Personas Youth Association (registration in the Andalusian Register of Associations and allocation of a provisional tax ID are in progress).

2. Purpose and scope

The purpose of this website is to provide an informative meeting space about the social aims, activities and projects of mutual support and peer accompaniment among young people promoted by the association, as well as to offer direct ways of communicating with the founding team.

3. Conditions of use

Accessing and browsing this website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the provisions of this Legal Notice. Users agree to:

  • Make careful and lawful use of the website's content, services and forms.
  • Not carry out activities that are contrary to the law, morality or public order, or that harm the rights of the association or of third parties.
  • Not spread content that is defamatory or xenophobic, that violates human rights, or that introduces viruses or harmful systems into the website's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website — including texts, logo, images, graphic design and source code — is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to the De Personas a Personas Youth Association or to third parties who have granted a licence or legitimate permission.

The association accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of telecommunications systems, caused by factors beyond its control.

This website also contains links to official social networks and external platforms. The association accepts no responsibility for the privacy policies or content of those third-party sites.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute or matter relating to this website or the activities carried out through it shall be governed by current Spanish law, and the parties submit to the courts of the city of Seville.
